Todays Thaughts...

Oh JEEEEZE I havent blogged in 2 days I am sorry lol its been super busy this weekend and with all the rain and flooding we have goin on my internet has been up and down all weekend...so yesterday I  was up .5 and today I stalled...I tried a recipe I made up and I dont think it agreed with me! Plus I was coming down with a sinus headache and stuffy nose so I took some meds but thats ok, dont not use the meds cause it has sugar in it your health comes first :) we already know the weight will come off like magic so we can pick back up were we left off...today I am guzzling water and tea lol so maybe itll flush it all outta mu system...cause I dont feel bad anymore I just wanted to stop it before it started make since? I have  quit a bit more weight to loose before I go back on p3 and I am loving the fact that all my clothes are to big now and I am getting into Shawns shirts lol he had some nice NASCAR and Texas Longhorn shirts I liked so yeah I clamied them lol...I really couldnt a done it without my FRIENDS at www.affordablehcg.com you should also add there gacebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/AffordableHCGdiet/105981692772709 they are a bunch a well supported motivating group a people I have everrrr met!
