So Monday I went to the Dr he said I had strep throat, put me on prednozone (steriods) ughhhh I hated it but I had to get better I cant be sick not right now! So I have taken them and I have my last dose tomorrow and then Im off of it, steriods make me gaiin its done it since the first time I took these long time ago....I also have been nursing chicken noodle soup and crackers cause it makes my tummy and throat feel better...so in all I have gained back (and I weighed today) 13 pounds...HOWEVERRRR I will not get sad for I know it will come off and Saturday is a new day I am in it to win it!!! And I will be back on strict protocal Saturday and no more cheats ... I mean it this time, I know I have said it before but this fat has got to go I am ready to be skinny and ready to put my best foot fwd and do this!! My bday is 7/13 I wanna new cutesy outfit :)
