I am so sorry I havemt blogged! Its been a fairly busy week, and it was TOM week ughhhh but hopefully he will be goneeeeeee soon like NOW would be nice....I have gained 3 lbs this week but I know some of it is tom and some of it was not eating right....and that was on Monday, I have been stricyly on protocal since monday and plan to stay on it, just hot a lil rough patch we all do it and I just have to pick myself up by the boot straps and giddy on up and DO THIS...I am so thankful for my support and motivation attttttttttttttttttt
