sighsss!

So yesterday I had a funeral and a big dinner thing afterwards...luckily I wasnt hngary lol or Id a ate everything ....but my Easter cheat has caught uo with me gaining me 1 pound soooo I am hoping the scale drops tomorrow, this last few weeks have been the STRESSFUL weeks I have had in a while! But it didnt hit me till Easter lol when I cheated! I know itll go off it has before I just will think twice next time I cheat cause I dont wanna gain I wanna loose...with my motivation and support from www.affordablehcgdiet.com I have learned to accept who I am and be who I am and know that I am never alone! this group of people are the best group of motivators everrrrr! I would be so lost without them in my life!
