A healthy me :)

Well today I am up .7 but I didnt get all; my water in yesterday and I was running around all afternoon then came home and cleaned house...lotssss a running around. today is a new day :) I am still loosing inches and I am great with that! I know this diet works 191 pounds down in 8 months!! Went from a 30/32 to a 18/20 and a 4-5xl shirt yo a xl and some 2x :) I no longer have to use a electric buggy at the store and it feels great!
