ahhhhhh Yes! I am strong like I knew I was!

I am proud to say I havent cheated in a weeeeek! I am back on track although tom is here and making crap miserable and up and down in pounds I know I am only retaining water and itll come off as soon as he leaves! I was sick for a week and on prednezone a steriod and gained 17 pounds back total but I also didnt eat right...and I felt like a bloated fat cow for cheating so this week I feel lots better and am ready to get in my swim suit, cruel girl jean wearin body! I am down 174 pounds so far from 431 start weight leaving me at 257 weighing in today...I aint even weighing in anymore till tom leaves he makes me so darn mad! lol...My support team is GROWINNNNNG over at www.affordablehcgdiet.com they are what keeps me going and we are allll always ther to help others out! I can now go swimming and play with my kids were as a year ago I couldnt even get off the couch without hurting and outta breath and feelin like I was goin to die any seconnd!
